Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship our physical products within the contiguous U.S. (the 48 mainland states). Shipping to Hawai‘i and Alaska is available, though additional shipping costs may apply and will be reflected at checkout.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but stay tuned—expanding our reach is always on our radar! If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our products, feel free to reach out, and we’ll see what we can do!
How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days via USPS, depending on your location.
If you don’t see a tracking update after 48 hours or have any concerns, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking number shows no movement for 7-10 business days, please reach out, and we’ll help investigate with USPS.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or your local post office.
- Waiting an extra 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers scan packages before actual delivery).
- If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us, and we’ll work on a solution together
